People Growth Operations Specialist

About the role

Alan is looking for a People Growth Operations specialist to help design, scale, and automate HR processes across its European and Canadian operations. You will work closely with the People team and a wide range of internal stakeholders to turn learning and development data into efficient, future‑proof workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Learning & Development data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Design, document and automate recurring HR processes, ensuring they remain robust for years.
• Scale training policies and programmes, including the Coaching Academy, across Belgium, Canada, France and Spain.
• Write clear, user‑centric documentation for key HR processes and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations and improve employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven HR operations.
• Ability to build and maintain automated workflows that scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple countries.
• Experience working in fast‑growing, international environments.

Required skills

• Data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL or similar).
• Process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, or scripting).
• Documentation and knowledge‑base creation.
