People Experience Manager

About the role

Lemlist is looking for a People Experience Manager to shape the everyday and memorable experiences of its 150+ team members. Based in Paris, you will oversee the headquarters, two unique offsite spaces, and a €500k events budget, ensuring that every interaction reinforces the company’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Paris HQ, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.
• Manage relationships with space managers, cleaning teams, and on‑site service providers.
• Oversee inventory, snacks, drinks, and branded merchandise, maintaining contracts and budgets.
• Coordinate bookings, transport, and upkeep for lemflat (Paris apartment) and lemhouse (Avignon retreat house), including remote management of the on‑site house manager.
• Plan, budget, and execute the flagship annual team‑building retreat, regular team lunches, after‑works, and external events with customers and partners.
• Communicate event hype, capture moments, and share highlights to keep the team informed and engaged.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a passion for creating high‑impact employee experiences.
• Experience managing office spaces, hospitality venues, or large‑scale events.
• Ability to handle budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships independently.
• Excellent communication skills to keep the team informed and excited.
