People Business Partner – Europe

About the role

The firm, a global consultancy serving the financial services sector, is looking for a People Business Partner to join its Paris office. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Asset & Wealth Management business in Europe, aligning people strategy with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to shape and deliver people strategy, covering talent, organisational effectiveness and workforce priorities.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring hiring, talent development and succession planning support business growth.
• Analyse people data and workforce trends to provide insights on recruitment, retention, performance and employee engagement.
• Oversee headcount planning, compensation reviews, performance management and talent planning cycles.
• Drive initiatives such as leadership development, employee engagement, organisational design and post‑acquisition integration.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in a strategic business‑partnering or relationship‑management role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders on people strategy and organisational design.
• Strong background in talent attraction, succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience with post‑acquisition integration, change management and cultural alignment.
• Fluent English; prior management‑consulting experience is a plus.
