Operations Supervisor – Hospitality (Annecy)

About the role

Boundless Life is launching its first location in France and seeks an Operations Supervisor to ensure families enjoy first‑class accommodation and service. The role is based in Annecy and requires a hands‑on leader who can manage housekeeping, maintenance and administrative processes while fostering a welcoming community.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for apartment cleanliness, functionality and inventory.
• Manage the housekeeping team, create schedules and oversee turnover weeks to ensure apartments are ready for families.
• Respond quickly to guest requests, resolve issues, and maintain service level agreements.
• Coordinate with local housekeeping agencies for peak‑season support and manage laundry and linen stock.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programmes, check‑in/check‑out processes and welcome package preparation.
• Handle accounting and administrative tasks such as recording daily expenses, reconciling vendor invoices and supporting location‑level financial documentation.

Required profile

• Live in or near Annecy to commute daily.
• Minimum three years of operations or housekeeping management experience in hospitality.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage teams, third‑party services and resolve maintenance issues.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills
