Experience & Events Coordinator – Annecy

About the role

Boundless Life is looking for a hands‑on Experience & Events Coordinator to shape the community experience for families arriving at its new French location. You will work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, ensuring every touchpoint delivers high NPS and memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve community requests quickly using the ticketing tool and support families during turnover weeks.
• Plan, execute and monitor community‑building events, workshops and give‑back programmes, managing an events calendar for each cohort.
• Develop partnerships with local vendors, negotiate referral commissions and discounts, and oversee service budgets.
• Gather feedback, track event metrics (capacity, revenue, NPS) and continuously improve the experience.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as expense recording, invoice reconciliation and basic documentation.

Required profile

• Live in or near Annecy and able to commute daily.
• Minimum 2 years in Guest Relations, Customer Experience, Hospitality or Community Building.
• At least 1 year organising community‑building activities or events.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party vendors and event budgets.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and decision‑making skills, thriving in a startup environment.
