Operations Coordinator – Lyon

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs an Operations Coordinator in Lyon to help deliver its insurance and health services at scale. You will join a fast‑growing team that bridges insurance, prevention, and care, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for a growing member base.

Key responsibilities

• Run core insurance and health service processes such as invoicing, claim treatment, and fraud monitoring.
• Maintain and expand the network of healthcare providers.
• Provide live support and documentation for internal teams.
• Monitor operational performance, flag risks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Care and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations coordination or similar process‑driven roles.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude toward risk identification.
