Ops & Product Builder

About the role

Alan is looking for an Ops & Product Builder to help shape the future of preventive health insurance. You will join a fast‑growing operations team that ensures the delivery of insurance and healthcare products at scale, while driving innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement operating models for new services, such as online psychotherapy sessions.
• Make resource allocation decisions under uncertainty and manage quality at scale.
• Coordinate daily processes with multidisciplinary teams including product, design, engineering, data, customer support, and finance.
• Scale operational processes to support rapid international growth and cost optimisation.
• Monitor and improve internal and external workflows to ensure efficient delivery.

• Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems from end‑to‑end.
