About the role

The company is looking for a skilled operator to work in a metal prefabrication workshop within a boilermaking environment. The role involves preparing, setting up and operating machine tools, reading technical drawings and 3D models, and producing metal structures and sub‑assemblies according to defined specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and install machine tools after reviewing technical dossiers or plans.
• Set up workstations, create jigs and fixtures, and support industrialisation processes.
• Read 2D plans and 3D models to adapt boilermaking operations.
• Manufacture metal structures, sub‑assemblies and complete assemblies following the provided drawings.
• Inspect finished parts and sub‑assemblies for compliance and quality.
• Maintain manufactured metal components and monitor their long‑term conformity.

Required profile

• Experience working with aluminium (≈70%), stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to cut, assemble and form metal parts.
• Strong capability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Demonstrated autonomy and relevant industry experience.
• Willingness to work a 39‑hour daytime schedule.
