职位概况

负责万丰集团飞机事业部的全球人力资源体系搭建与运营，统筹海内外HR管理，推动组织发展与人才保留。

主要职责

统筹全球HR体系，构建并运营海内外HR管理闭环。
负责薪酬福利、社保税务及人力成本预算分析。
管理国内外用工合规，处理劳动争议与员工关系。
支持海外公司组织整合、干部管理、绩效落地及关键人才引进。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，10年以上HR经验，5年以上HR管理岗位经验。
具备2年以上欧洲工作经历，熟悉当地用工合规。
英语可作为工作语言，能够对接海外研发与生产基地。
精通薪酬福利、社保税务、人力成本管理，有海外薪资/福利/工会经验者优先。
具备跨文化沟通能力，拥有制造业/航空/高端装备背景者优先。
