职位概况

负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，对总经理负责，参与公司战略决策，推动组织发展与人才培养。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源发展规划，完善HR体系与制度。
组织招聘、培训、绩效考核及职业生涯规划等全流程工作。
建设企业文化，提升员工敬业度与满意度。
搭建组织架构、职位职级、薪酬体系，规范人力资源模块执行。
带领团队提升专业能力，选拔培养高潜人才。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，统招学历。
10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备大型企业HR全链条经验。
熟悉航空或制造业人力资源运作，具备战略思维。
良好的英语和普通话沟通能力。
