职位概况

负责万丰集团飞机事业部全球人力资源体系的搭建与运营，统筹国内外薪酬福利、劳动关系及组织发展，推动海外HR团队与总部管理闭环。

主要职责

统筹全球HR体系，负责海内外HR运营管理。
制定并执行薪酬福利政策，进行人力成本预算分析。
维护国内外用工合规，处理劳动争议及员工关系。
支持海外公司组织整合、干部管理、绩效落地及关键人才引进保留。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，10年以上HR工作经验，5年以上HR管理岗位经验。
具备2年以上欧洲工作经历，熟悉当地用工合规。
英语可作为工作语言，能独立对接海外研发中心与生产基地。
精通薪酬福利、社保税务及人力成本管理，有海外薪资/福利/工会经验者优先。
具备跨文化沟通能力，拥有制造业、航空或高端装备背景者优先。
