负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，对总经理负责，受人力资源中心统一管理，参与公司战略决策。

主要职责

制定并实施人力资源发展规划，支持航空工业经营管理。
完善人力资源体系、制度及组织架构，满足各阶段发展需求。
组织招聘、培训、绩效考核及职业生涯规划，提高员工敬业度。
推动企业文化建设，提升员工正向行为和满意度。

任职要求

10年以上人力资源管理经验，统招本科以上学历。
具备航空或大型制造业背景者优先。
熟悉英语和普通话沟通。
具备团队建设与高潜人才培养能力。

必备技能

熟悉人力资源体系建设、薪酬体系设计。
掌握招聘、培训、绩效管理流程。
