职位概况

负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，向总经理汇报，参与公司战略决策，推动组织发展。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源发展规划，支持公司经营管理。
建立、修订并完善人力资源体系与制度，满足各阶段发展需求。
制定部门工作计划并进行有效监控，提升部门绩效。
加强团队建设，选拔培养高潜力员工，提升业务技能。
通过企业文化建设和内部沟通，引导员工积极行为。
组织招聘、入职、培训、职业生涯规划等全流程工作。
完善组织架构、职位职级、薪酬体系，实现人力资源模块规范化。
负责机构设置、人员配备及培训考核，支持依法行使职权。
带领团队开展培训与后备人才建设，提升部门整体素质。

任职要求

10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备大型企业或航空行业背景优先。
统招本科及以上学历。
熟练使用英语和普通话进行沟通。

必备技能

熟悉人力资源体系建设、招聘与培训流程。
具备组织架构设计、职位职级与薪酬体系规划能力。
优秀的团队管理与人才培养能力。
