职位概况

负责全球航空制造业务的人力资源统筹管理，搭建并运营海内外HR体系，推动组织发展与人才保留。

主要职责

统筹全球HR体系建设与运营，确保海外团队与国内总部管理闭环。
负责薪酬福利、社保、工会及人力成本预算分析，实施薪酬激励方案。
管理国内外用工合规，维护劳动合同及制度，处理劳动争议风险。
支持海外公司组织整合、干部管理、绩效落地及关键人才引进与保留。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，10年以上HR工作经验，5年以上HR管理岗位经验。
具备2年以上欧洲工作经历，熟悉欧洲用工合规及管理方式。
英语可作为工作语言，能够独立对接海外研发中心和生产基地。
精通薪酬福利、社保税务及人力成本管理，有海外薪资/福利/工会经验者优先。
具备跨文化沟通能力，拥有制造业、航空或高端装备行业背景者优先。
