职位概况

负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，向总经理汇报，参与公司战略决策，提供人事信息支持。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源发展规划，完善HR体系与制度。
组织招聘、培训、绩效考核及职业生涯规划等工作。
建设部门团队，提升业务技能，选拔培养高潜人才。
推动企业文化建设，提升员工敬业度与满意度。
完善组织架构、职位职级、薪酬体系，实现人力资源模块规范化。

任职要求

10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备统招本科及以上学历。
熟悉航空或制造业人力资源运作。
具备英语和普通话沟通能力。

必备技能
