职位概况

负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，对总经理负责，受人力资源中心统一管理，参与公司发展战略制定与决策。

主要职责

组织制定并完善人力资源发展规划，提供系统化人事信息支持。
建立、修订符合各阶段需求的人力资源体系和制度。
制定部门工作计划并进行有效监控，推动部门目标达成。
加强团队建设，选拔培养高潜力员工，提升业务技能。
通过企业文化建设和内部沟通，引导员工积极行为。
协调招聘、入职、培训、职业规划等全流程，提升员工敬业度与满意度。
完善组织架构、职位职级、薪酬体系，实现人力资源模块规范化。
负责人力资源机构设置、人员配备及培训考核，支持依法行使职权。
带领团队开展培训与后备人才建设，持续提升部门能力。

任职要求

10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备统招本科及以上学历。
熟悉航空工业或大型制造业人力资源体系建设。
具备英语和普通话沟通能力。
具备战略思维，能够参与公司经营管理决策。
