职位概况

负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，向总经理汇报，受人力资源中心统一管理，参与公司战略决策。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源发展规划，支持飞机工业经营管理。
完善人力资源体系、制度及组织架构、职位职级、薪酬体系。
组织招聘、培训、职业生涯规划等全链条工作，提升员工敬业度。
带领团队建设，选拔培养高潜人才，推动企业文化建设。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，统招学历。
10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备航空或大型制造业背景优先。
熟悉人力资源各模块（招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬等）。
良好的英语和普通话沟通能力。

必备技能

熟练使用人力资源信息系统。
优秀的组织协调与团队管理能力。
