MSAT Oral Solid Drug Product Expert – CMVD Monotherapy

About the role

Servier’s Manufacturing Science and Analytical Technology (MSAT) organization is seeking an Oral Solid Drug Product Expert for CMVD monotherapy products. The expert will act as the technical process owner, providing scientific and process expertise across internal and external manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of oral solid commercial products at Servier sites and with CMOs.
• Lead cross‑functional technical teams to address drug‑product topics and align project timelines, supply impact, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Lead or support deviation investigations, root‑cause analyses, and CAPA definition.
• Maintain process monitoring and Continued Process Verification (CPV) for assigned products.
• Build and maintain the MSAT knowledge repository for commercial products.

Required profile

• Strong scientific and process expertise in oral solid drug‑product manufacturing.
• Experience managing lifecycle and technical stewardship of pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to work with internal sites and external partners (CMOs) within virtual plant teams.
• Proven capability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
