Regional Operations Director APAC

About the role

As Regional Operations Director for APAC, you will act as the strategic bridge between Servier’s Global Headquarters and its affiliates in India and Vietnam, ensuring alignment with global objectives and driving transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
• Ensure local affiliate priorities match global requirements and regional strategy.
• Contribute to the Three‑Year Plan and long‑term strategic reflections for affiliates.
• Support General Managers in solving complex challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Lead local pilot projects on digitalisation, process simplification and Business Excellence.
• Serve as primary communication link between Headquarters and the region.
• Lead regional communities to share best practices and foster continuous improvement.
• Frequent travel to affiliates as required.

Required profile

• Advanced business or scientific degree (MBA, MS, Ph.D. preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience leading large, complex, cross‑functional projects, preferably with international exposure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical affiliate operations and business environments.
• Expertise in leading organisational change, transformation and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in oncology and cardiovascular‑metabolic disease (CMVD) is a strong asset.
