Men Ready-to-Wear Manager (CDI)

About the role

The Manager will lead the strategic development and performance of the Men’s Ready‑to‑Wear category across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Regional Merchandising team, the role combines product strategy, sales planning, assortment optimisation and business analysis to drive growth while aligning with the global merchandising vision.

Key responsibilities

• Define seasonal assortments for the EMEA network during showroom campaigns.
• Optimise store allocation to maximise sales and sell‑through performance.
• Manage showroom order entry and develop buying support tools.
• Prepare product training materials and seasonal launch guidelines for retail teams.
• Monitor sales forecasts by quarter, season and category; analyse weekly and monthly performance.
• Lead monthly assortment reviews and allocation strategies.
• Drive reorder strategy for best‑selling SKUs to support topline objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for boutiques on assortment challenges and business needs.
• Collaborate with Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM and Training teams.
• Oversee stock transfers, replenishment and VIC requests throughout the season.

Required profile

• Previous experience in merchandising, buying or retail merchandising, preferably within the men’s ready‑to‑wear segment.
• Strong fashion sensibility for men’s apparel.
• Analytical mindset with solid business acumen.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
