Medicine Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position focuses on ensuring the quality and consistency of medical AI training data. As the Medicine Quality Assurance Lead, you will guide a distributed team of trainers and reviewers, guaranteeing that all medical content meets rigorous clinical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated medical content and trainer outputs against detailed project rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to the team.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Monitor contributor activity and reactivate inconsistent participants.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB) or equivalent advanced healthcare qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in clinical practice, medical research, education, documentation, QA, or related fields.
• Strong command of English for clear written feedback and communication.
• Deep understanding of clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, pharmacology, patient safety, and evidence‑based medicine.

Required skills

• Medical content evaluation against detailed rubrics.
• Ability to spot unsafe recommendations, hallucinated facts, and incomplete explanations.
• Structured written communication in English.
