About the role

Cap‑RH is looking for a qualified Occupational Physician to join its multidisciplinary occupational health team in Caen. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and is offered under a permanent contract. You will work closely with occupational nurses, psychologists and other specialists to promote employee health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic medical examinations of employees.
• Provide preventive health advice and counseling to staff.
• Identify occupational risks and recommend protective measures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop health‑promotion programs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a specialization in occupational health.
• Valid medical license to practice in France.
• Experience in occupational health or a similar setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Conducting occupational medical examinations.
• Assessing health risks related to workplace exposures.
