Marketplace Account Manager – Amazon Business

About the role

Amazon Business is seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to join its French team. You will work with B2B sellers, helping them launch and grow on Amazon.fr and across European marketplaces. The role focuses on building strong relationships, guiding sellers through Amazon’s tools, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B sellers on Amazon.fr.
• Educate partners on the benefits of Amazon Business and support their launch.
• Manage account levers such as selection, invoicing, pricing, discounts, and deals to optimise sales performance.
• Train sellers on Seller Central tools to ensure their independence.
• Lead improvement projects, develop new processes or tools, and collaborate on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Achieve targets for new business launches and revenue growth of existing sellers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
• Strong interest in e‑commerce and B2B markets.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling complex, evolving environments.
