Mandataire Judiciaire à la Protection des Majeurs (CDD)

About the role

The position is part of the judicial protection service for vulnerable adults within Udaf du Loiret. Reporting to the service manager, the delegate will carry out court‑ordered protection measures for adults across the four main districts of the Loiret department.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany protected persons in defining and pursuing their life projects.
• Promote social and administrative inclusion, developing the individuals' capacities.
• Manage, in collaboration with the protected persons, their assets and resources.
• Complete necessary administrative procedures (AAH, APA, CMUC, tax declarations, etc.).
• Prepare professional reports for the service manager and judges.

Required profile

• Strong relational abilities, listening and availability.
• Organisational skills and knowledge of budget management techniques.
• Understanding of the protected adult population and their specific issues.
• Driving licence is mandatory.
• Minimum Bac+2 with a CNC Mandataire Judiciaire (MJPM) preferred; alternatively a Bac+2 in social work or a Bac+3/4 in law.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

What we offer

• Salary starting at €1,030.52 gross per month (including socio‑educational allowance).
• Fixed‑term contract (CDD) until 22/07/2026, with possible renewal.
• Part‑time schedule: 16 h 30 min per week (two 8 h 15 min days).
• Work based in Orléans with travel across the Loiret department.
