About the role

The manager will lead a team of legal advisors within the Legal Protection client relationship centre. The centre assists Crédit Agricole and LCL clients in various legal fields such as consumer, housing and employment law, ensuring they can access justice efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of legal advisors handling client cases.
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of legal assistance provided.
  • Collaborate with Crédit Agricole and LCL to align services with client needs.

Required profile

  • Legal education and professional experience in legal protection or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team of legal professionals.
  • Strong understanding of consumer, housing and employment law.
