Luxury Client Advisor – Saint Honore

About the role

As a Luxury Client Advisor you will be the face of Church’s, guiding discerning customers through the brand’s heritage and product range. You will create memorable, high‑touch experiences that reinforce loyalty and drive sales in the Saint Honore boutique.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Capture and maintain client information in the company CRM to enable tailored follow‑up.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maximize cross‑selling opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity and new collections to convey expert product knowledge.
• Maintain visual standards and shop‑floor presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Contribute to a secure environment by monitoring for potential theft.

• Passion for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in art and design.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
