Legal Intern – Commercial Contracts & Corporate Law

About the role

Novaspace, a leading international consulting firm in the space, defense and telecommunications sectors, is establishing a new Legal Department in Paris. The Legal Intern will support a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, working directly with the Senior Legal Counsel and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop the Legal Department by creating processes, templates, guidance materials and internal policies.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as services, framework, partnership, subcontracting agreements and NDAs.
• Support corporate law matters for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Assist with legal risk management, governance and compliance projects.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal requests, including preliminary assessments and coordination with the Senior Legal Counsel.
• Maintain the Legal SharePoint and knowledge‑management resources.
• Support the design and implementation of legal reporting processes and KPIs.

Required profile

• Final‑year Master’s (M2, LLM or equivalent) student specializing in Commercial, Corporate or Contract Law.
• Previous internship experience in a law firm, consulting firm or international company.
• Strong academic background in commercial and corporate law.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and legal research abilities.
• Proactive, rigorous and pragmatic approach to legal issues.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• SharePoint for knowledge‑management and document sharing.
