Leadership Trainer – Development & Facilitation Specialist

About the role

The Leadership Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that strengthen leadership, management, culture, and transformation capabilities across the organization. Working closely with a Back Office team, the trainer will ensure that programs meet the strategic needs of internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to, analyse, and structure the development needs of internal stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate innovative learning experiences for both in‑person and remote audiences.
• Identify, assess, train, and coordinate a network of internal and external facilitators.
• Draft specifications, launch tenders with Procurement, and select service providers according to price and quality guidelines.
• Lead complex training projects from design through deployment, ensuring follow‑up and impact measurement.
• Create training materials and communication content to promote programmes.
• Evaluate implemented solutions and continuously improve them.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of higher education).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership training and facilitation.
• Strong analytical, listening, and synthesis abilities to define client needs.
• Comfortable interacting with top‑management and operational teams.
• Proactive, confident negotiator with persuasive communication skills.
• Creative, team‑oriented, and capable of managing complex projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Fluent in written and spoken French.
