Human Resources Apprentice

About the role

You’ll join the People team, reporting to Agathe, the HR Ops Team Manager. The team covers HR, Recruitment, and Office Management, and your mission is to help structure the HR department while gaining hands‑on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new Swanees, from offer acceptance to their first weeks.
• Assist with administrative lifecycle tasks such as contracts, social affiliations, health insurance, and off‑boarding.
• Handle day‑to‑day employee requests via internal tickets and keep HRIS and employee files up to date.
• Participate in projects like due diligence, payroll optimisation, compensation & benefits, and tool synergies.

Required profile

• Master’s student (business school, HR…) seeking at least one year of apprenticeship.
• Previous internship experience in HR.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven start‑up environment.
• Proactive, rigorous, able to handle confidential data and eager to learn.
• Good command of Excel and Google Suite.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluent French.
