Laser Maintenance Specialist - Region Europe

About the role

As a laser maintenance specialist, you will provide technical support to the European sales teams in the Interventional Urology (IU) department. You will be responsible for the installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of TFL laser systems, in collaboration with national specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance on TFL laser systems across Europe and conduct commissioning, functional testing and validation.
• Ensure accurate administrative processing, prepare service reports and record all service calls, upgrades and parts movements in internal systems.
• Act as the primary technical and administrative contact for customers, coordinate resolutions, and guarantee compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Monitor spare‑parts usage, manage inventory levels, and coordinate logistics with suppliers and internal supply‑chain teams.
• Support internal sales teams, share feedback for product improvement, promote maintenance contracts and provide technical training and support for demonstrations and events.

Required profile

• Training as an electrical, electromechanical or biomedical technician, preferably in medical technology.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to train and support diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
