Key Account Manager – PSAD (France)

About the role

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Key Account Manager (PSAD) to lead strategic partnerships with home healthcare providers across France. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for expanding access to Tandem’s innovative diabetes solutions and driving sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key PSAD organisations throughout France.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with revenue and customer‑success objectives.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration.
• Lead commercial negotiations, manage contractual agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Utilise market intelligence, customer insights, and business data to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and report on key metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
