Key Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Key Account Executive to drive enterprise‑level growth for a leading engineering software provider. Based in France, you will engage with some of the world’s largest engineering and industrial organisations, guiding them through complex, high‑value sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute sales strategies across large, high‑value accounts, targeting long‑term revenue growth.
• Lead and close deals ranging from $200K to $2M+, managing multiple stakeholders and extended procurement cycles.
• Conduct deep discovery with engineering leaders, procurement teams, and executives to uncover business challenges and value drivers.
• Develop tailored, consultative solutions that align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers to expand accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer‑success teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full deal lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning using Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing $200K‑$2M+ deals.
• Experience selling into large enterprises (10,000+ employees) with multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong consultative, solution‑based selling skills, preferably in technical or industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large pipelines and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities with senior executives.
