Junior Web Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to help design, evaluate, and improve autonomous AI agents across multiple large language models. The work is fully remote and focuses on coding, testing, and providing feedback for real‑world AI applications in health, education, daily life, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics and objective pass/fail criteria for AI agents.
• Debug agent traces to identify failure patterns and stress‑test against edge cases, prompt injection, and tool misuse.
• Assess production‑grade modular software architecture and analyse multi‑turn system interactions.
• Provide high‑density technical feedback to support LLM training.
• Complete onboarding assessments and start earning through flexible task assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with clear modular separation.
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages.
• Practical experience building for live, non‑mocked environments and handling multi‑turn interactions.
