Junior Sales Development Representative (API / CPaaS)

About the role

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Vonage, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our cloud communications APIs and CPaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software to research and engage targets.
• Customize outreach by researching prospects' goals, market trends and pain points.
• Educate prospects on how Vonage API solutions can solve their business challenges.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM and collaborate with marketing, account managers and sales leadership.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent French is required.
• Proactive, determined mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative team player.
• Proven ability to meet ambitious targets in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Comfort with CRM software for tracking outreach.
