Account Executive – Junior Sales Role

About the role

Youtrust is looking for a junior Account Executive to win new SME customers in France. You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to signed contract, promoting the complete Digital Trust portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle with French SMEs: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Sell the entire Digital Trust offer, including eSignature, identity verification, document verification and e‑seals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, qualify opportunities and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with BDRs, SDRs, Pre‑Sales, Legal and Billing to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing and Growth teams.

Required profile

• First experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS, with proven meeting‑booking and qualification skills.
• Ability to ask insightful questions, uncover real business problems and handle objections.
• Basic closing experience (transactional is a plus) and disciplined pipeline management.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude and strong communication in French (native/C2) and English (B2+).
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, call preparation and follow‑up.

What we offer

• Base salary €37,000‑44,000 + variable €22,000‑26,000 (OTE €59,000‑70,000) in France.
