Technical Success Manager

About the role

You will join the Technical Success team at Youtrust, a European Digital Trust provider, to own a low‑touch customer portfolio and act as the main technical contact. Working closely with Account Managers, Support, Presales, Sales and Product, you will ensure customers adopt the platform, receive value, and stay with us.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption, retention and growth for the low‑touch portfolio using product usage data.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, understanding customers' tech stacks and tailoring integrations.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and provide clear context to Sales.
• Share technical feedback and recurring issues with Product and Support teams.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, managing a portfolio of customers.
• Comfortable reading API documentation and guiding developers through integrations.
• Data‑driven, using CRM or CS tools to prioritize activities.
• Fluent in French (native) and English; Spanish a plus.

• Base salary €44,000‑€53,000 plus €5,000‑€6,000 variable.
