Junior Legal Counsel – Distribution & Competition Law

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our Commerce, Distribution and Consumer Law team. In this role you will provide practical legal advice, support operational teams, and help ensure compliance with competition and distribution regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise operational teams on distribution law and draft, negotiate, and update commercial contracts.
• Implement and oversee the group’s training program on competition law, including content creation and session facilitation.
• Provide daily operational legal support through a dedicated hotline, answering urgent competition‑law questions.
• Identify target teams for training, develop customized programs, and prepare activity reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a legal counsel or in a similar advisory role, preferably in‑house.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Familiarity with group standards and legal requirements relevant to business operations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of competition and distribution law.
• Solid understanding of business law and commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and team spirit.
