Junior Legal Counsel – Distribution & Competition Law

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our Commerce, Distribution and Consumer Law team. You will provide practical legal guidance, ensure compliance, and support day‑to‑day business operations across distribution and competition matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise operational teams on distribution law and contract drafting.
• Implement and oversee the Group’s training program on competition law.
• Provide daily legal support through a dedicated hotline for competition‑law issues.
• Draft, negotiate, and update distribution contracts.
• Support teams with commercial, competition, consumer, and general legal queries.
• Identify training needs, develop customized programs, and deliver sessions.
• Prepare follow‑up reports for senior management on competition‑law training activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a legal counsel or in a similar advisory role, preferably in‑house.
• Proven ability to review and draft contracts.
• Familiarity with corporate standards and legal requirements relevant to the business.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of competition and distribution law.
• Solid understanding of business law and commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Good organizational abilities.
