Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑paced international beauty brand operating across Europe. As a Junior Key Account Manager you will support senior account managers in driving revenue, margin and in‑store execution for leading selective retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of annual and quarterly key account plans aligned with revenue, margin, sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
• Support sell‑in negotiations, forecasting, launch planning and order phasing together with senior account managers.
• Monitor sales performance by retailer, market and store, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to demand forecasting, replenishment planning and stock management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track stock availability, weeks of cover and inventory risks, recommending promotions or assortment changes.
• Coordinate with trade marketing, marketing and operations to ensure timely execution of promotional plans and in‑store activations.
• Support trade spend tracking and ROI analysis for campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and assist in business reviews covering sell‑in, sell‑out and category trends.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in key account support, commercial roles, sales operations or retail management, preferably in beauty, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with European selective retail channels such as Sephora, Douglas or Boots.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in P&L, trade investment and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts and markets.
• High attention to detail.
