Junior IT Operations Manager

About the role

You will join a team of 14 people within the Digital Infrastructure department in Toulouse (Palays site). You will be responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure that directly supports the Space business, including satellite onboard software, satellite operations and ground segments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor service levels (SLAs), manage incident escalations and ensure production stability.
• Coordinate technical projects from planning to deployment, managing timelines and cross‑functional communication.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose automation or optimisation workflows and produce KPI performance reports.
• Act as the main point of contact for business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood and operational needs are met.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT Engineering or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in IT operations or project management.
• Eligibility for French security clearance.

Required skills

• IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, cloud).
• ITIL processes.
• Automation tools such as Ansible.
• Monitoring solutions.
• Security standards and compliance.
• Experience with Jira or similar tracking tools.
