Digital Project Leader - Portal & CRM

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Project Leader (f/m) to join its Customer Services Digital Excellence team (SDOC) in Toulouse, France. You will lead projects for a full set of digital products and services and Business Owned Tools (BOTs) that support and operate customers' aircraft, within the Customer Services Innovation and Digital Solutions (SD) team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the expected value of each digital project
• Ensure on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery
• Provide the project's maturity to all stakeholders throughout its lifecycle
• Consolidate business requirements and the "to be" vision to enable the design of the digital solution
• Enable change management so end users adopt the solution, while managing supplier deliveries

Required profile

• Master's degree or equivalent in Project Management
• At least 5 years of project management experience in complex environments (Bronze PM certification minimum, or equivalent)
• Knowledge and experience of Salesforce Survey Module
• High interest in or experience with digital, and AI knowledge in daily work is mandatory
• Customer service business line experience is a plus
• Stakeholder management, proactive and adaptable attitude, oral and written communication in French and English
