Investment & Strategy Senior Associate

About the role

Dedale is seeking a motivated Investment & Strategy Senior Associate to conduct deep fundamental research on software and technology companies. You will perform strategic due diligence, financial analysis, and generate insights through expert interviews, supporting multi‑million investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research and quantitative modeling on publicly listed and privately owned software & technology firms.
• Perform strategic due diligence, financial analysis, and prepare high‑quality deliverables for investment decisions.
• Lead English‑language interviews with industry experts and monitor identified companies on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with a team of ex‑Tier 1 consultants, prepare communication materials, and support process improvement and new company screening.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Tier‑1 engineering or business school (Business, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or Engineering).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, tech, or startups, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal presentation abilities and strong strategic thinking.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
