International Consultant Internship (6 months) – Paris

About the role

Join Perpetual, a transatlantic talent advisory firm, as an International Consultant Intern for six months in Paris. You will support the Delivery Team by building a global talent network, sourcing top candidates for consumer‑goods brands, and contributing to business‑development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage active and passive candidates across leading consumer‑goods brands.
• Conduct in‑depth conversations to understand candidates’ career aspirations and motivations.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and external clients to maintain a best‑in‑class service.
• Perform market research and partner with the business‑development team to generate commercial leads.
• Support special projects such as events, marketing campaigns, and internal process improvements.
• Handle multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment while supporting Perpetual’s visibility initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred); background in HR, Psychology or Business is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, high motivation, and a solid work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to manage several priorities.
• Genuine interest in recruitment, people‑focused roles, and client interaction.
