Infrastructure & Datacenter Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Datacenter Administrator to manage our enterprise‑wide infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, automating routine tasks, and maintaining compliance with governance standards across both physical and virtual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter, including HA, DRS, and disaster‑recovery configurations.
• Manage Windows Server and Red Hat Linux systems, applying patches and updates.
• Design, implement, and maintain backup and restore procedures.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible and API integrations.
• Oversee storage solutions (LVM, file systems, disk management) and network fundamentals.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance with OEMs and ensure proper documentation.
• Enforce infrastructure governance, compliance, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in datacenter operations, virtualization, and automation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with disaster‑recovery planning and execution.
