Human Resources Business Partner – France

About the role

Royal Canin France is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its Aimargues site and the French business unit. Reporting to the HR Director France, you will help shape and implement the HR strategy, fostering an engaging and high‑performing environment for associates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Leadership Team to define and execute HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Provide insights on organizational design, culture, and talent management, including performance reviews, succession planning and compensation cycles.
• Coach French leaders to improve engagement and drive high associate experience, using the Mars Associate Survey as a guide.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational design together with finance and data teams.
• Monitor key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, wages) and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Participate in internal and external HR projects that advance strategic goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, preferably in a matrix, international environment.
• Strong background in talent management, organizational development and change management.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of coaching senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Fluent in French and English.
