职位概况

负责飞机事业部全链条的人力资源管理，打造符合高端航空制造的组织与人才体系，支撑业务高质量可持续发展。

主要职责

制定并执行与欧洲先进制造业对标的人力资源战略与年度规划。
推动组织扁平化、流程精益化，控制编制与人效成本。
搭建专业化人才甄选、内部精益配置及轮岗机制。
构建分层培训、双通道晋升体系，提升核心人才培养与留存。
建立以质量、效率、创新为核心的绩效考核与薪酬激励体系。
落实用工合规、员工关系管理及企业文化建设。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备大型制造业背景。
熟悉精益管理、组织诊断及人效提升方法。
具备跨部门协同、项目推动及变革管理能力。
良好的中英文沟通能力，能够对标欧洲制造业标准。
