职位概况

负责飞机事业部全方位人力资源管理，构建符合高端航空制造要求的组织与人才体系，支撑业务高质量可持续发展。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源战略与年度规划，实现人力与产能、项目深度协同。
推进组织扁平化、流程精益化，控制编制与人效成本。
搭建专业化人才甄选体系，精准引进研发、生产、质量等核心技术人才。
建立人才轮岗与人岗匹配机制，优化内部人才配置。
构建分层培训体系，开展岗位技能、质量合规、职业素养培训。
设计以质量、效率、创新为核心的绩效考核体系，实现绩效闭环。
制定公平合规的薪酬激励方案，兼顾成本管控与长期激励。
落实用工合规，建立员工沟通与关怀机制，防范劳资风险。
推动工匠精神等企业文化建设，提升团队凝聚力。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，统招学历。
10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备航空或高端制造业背景优先。
熟悉欧洲先进制造业人力资源管理模式。
具备组织架构设计、绩效管理、薪酬体系建设经验。
良好的沟通协调能力和团队领导力。

必备技能

熟练使用人力资源信息系统（HRIS）。
掌握绩效管理、薪酬设计工具。
