职位概况

负责飞机事业部全链条的人力资源管理，依据欧洲先进制造业模式，构建精益、合规、职业化的人才体系，支撑业务高质量可持续发展。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源战略与年度规划，实现人力与产能、项目深度协同。
推进组织扁平化、流程精益化，控制编制与人效成本。
搭建高端航空制造人才甄选、轮岗与人才盘点体系。
构建分层培训、双通道晋升与绩效考核体系。
落实合规用工、员工关系与风险管控。

任职要求

10年以上人力资源管理经验，熟悉航空或高端制造行业。
本科及以上学历，统招学历。
具备组织诊断、流程优化及人才梯队建设能力。
熟悉国内劳动法规及欧洲用工合规准则。
