职位概况

负责飞机事业部全方位人力资源管理，构建符合高端航空制造的组织与人才体系，支撑业务高质量可持续发展。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源战略，推动组织扁平化、流程精益化。
搭建专业化招聘体系，精准引进研发、生产、质量等核心技术人才。
构建分层培训体系，落实岗位技能、质量合规及职业素养培训。
建立以质量、效率、创新为核心的绩效考核及差异化薪酬激励机制。
遵循用工合规准则，完善员工关系与风险管控。
推动工匠精神等企业文化建设，提升团队凝聚力。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，统招学历。
10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备航空或高端制造业背景优先。
熟悉欧洲先进制造业的人力资源模式，具备组织诊断与优化能力。
能够统筹招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、合规等全模块工作。

必备技能
