HR Recruiter (Remote, France)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in a fully remote setting within France. You will play a key part in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels.
• Write and publish job descriptions and maintain job postings.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Fluent English and legal authorization to work full‑time in France.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in using job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
